1. Begin

Please submit our “Bespoke Request Form” below.

2, Review

Following this we will review your notes & reach out to gather additional information and guide you through the process.

3. How it Works

Once we have gone over the details of your custom piece/s or set together (stones/setting/contour band/s etc), we then collect a CAD model fee to begin creating your render as a visual. This fee will depend on the complexity of design & number of pieces (typically $180-$380).

4. Approval

Once your render is completed you will be able to view this for approval. Following your render approval, we then determine your pricing total based off of exact metal weight & stones used.

5. Payment

Personal URL listing- A personal custom order url will be sent to collect render deposit, and later be updated to include 1/2 of your pricing total as deposit to begin fabrication, & the remaining balance to be paid once your piece/s is completed. This url will also include all of the details of your order.

6. Time Frame

We have a render time of up to two weeks once your render fee is made, & a fabrication time of up to eight weeks once your 1/3 total deposit is made.
